Now I'm talking to you about my problems after my competitions. I had competed at the beginning of April and it was a great time. I had been learning more and more about my body while I had been creating the best version of myself, when I had realized how hard and unhealthy it was. 🤔Nevertheless my discipline and my muscle building was just right.👌 I thought, all this hard work will be worth it.👍 But....

Hab ich das wirklich gemacht❓❔😱 #flyingsandyredpearl Zwei Jahre habe ich es raus gezögert... Nun wäre der Gutschein, den ich von Alex und Coco zum Geburtstag bekommen hätte, in nächster Zeit abgelaufen. Also wagte ich es doch und machte einen Termin aus... Es war ja vorerst nur ein Termin 😁 🙈🙈🙈Heute war es soweit,.. ich wollte wieder gehen. Alles in mir sagte: "WARUM TUST DU DIR DAS ÜBERHAUPT AN?" Mein Lebensmotto: ich probiere alles ein Mal, bevor ich sage es ist nichts für mich. 😆Ich schätze das war der Grund warum die zwei mir dies geschenkt hatten👆😅😅 💪ich bin Stolz auf mich, denn ich hab es durchgezogen😊👌 Aber es war wirklich nicht lustig für mich 🙈❕❗
Es flossen Tränen, ich hatte extremes Herzrasen, ein Kloß im Hals und Ganzkörper-Zittern. Aber ich habs überlebt 😅 ✔️erledigt, abgehakt.. brauche ich nicht nochmal! 👍 🙈 Danke ihr zwei süßen, ich hasse euch natürlich nicht!!! 😁😁💗😘 |
