The game has changed with this nut-free, AIP, and dairy-free Tigernut Milk smoothie! It tastes great and is full of good things for you. You can get a lot of fiber, vitamins, and minerals from tigernuts. This smoothie is a healthy and tasty treat. You can make it your own by adding your favorite toppings or extra things like chia seeds or collagen powder.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup homemade Tigernut Milk nut-free, AIP, dairy-free

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for added sweetness

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

  • Ice cubes optional, for extra chill

Instructions:

Put the homemade Tigernut Milk, a ripe banana, frozen mixed berries, honey if you want to use it, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract if you want to use it into a blender


You can also add a few ice cubes to the blender if you want a thicker finish


Mix everything together until it's smooth and creamy


You can taste the smoothie and add more sugar or flavorings if you want


If you want, you can add more honey or cinnamon


Put the smoothie in a glass and drink it right away

  • 4 fish fillets such as salmon or tilapia

  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • Green onions, thinly sliced for garnish

Instructions:

To make the glaze, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl with a whisk


Put the fish fillets in a shallow dish and cover them with the glaze


Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate


Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C


Put the fish fillets on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper


Add sesame seeds to the fish and any marinade that is left over

  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce

  • 1 packet 1

  • 25 oz taco seasoning mix

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, diced avocado, chopped cilantro

Instructions:

Cook the ground turkey in a pan over medium-low heat until it is no longer pink


Get rid of any extra fat


Put the cooked turkey in the slow cooker


Black beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, chili powder, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and diced tomatoes should all be put in the slow cooker


Use a stir to mix


Add pepper and salt to taste


Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours

Instructions:

Stir the mixture together


Add the beef broth and slowly bring the soup to a boil


Let the flavors blend for 15 to 20 minutes


Add crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and fresh cilantro on top of the hot dish to serve
